Experience with Appfolio a plus Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
overseeing the leasing and maintenance staff members.
Implement marketing and leasing programs that will ensure maximum occupancy.
Responsible for rent collection/recording and maintaining minimal delinquent rent through personal contact and follow up.
Coordinating and documenting with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders, apartment turns, and maintaining and improving overall property condition.
Ensuring resident retention through relationship building and customer service.
Maintaining accurate records.
